Summer
Fellowship Program
As a proud graduate of the HBCU Xavier University of Louisiana, Dr. Michelle Hoy-Watkins, ABPP, is committed to expanding access, representation, and opportunity within the fields of forensic and police psychology.
The summer fellowship was developed to introduce, mentor, and support Black female students who are interested in pursuing careers related to psychology and the legal system. Through professional development, the program seeks to strengthen pathways into the field and cultivate the next generation of culturally competent forensic and police psychologists by supporting undergraduate psychology students in building readiness for graduate training and public-service careers.
